This new office signals major expansion efforts for the Skechers brand in China. “Filled with the potential for exceptional long term growth, China presents a tremendous opportunity for Skechers. And the management team here at Skechers China now has a home base from which they can steer the brand’s countrywide plans into action” says Michael Greenberg, president of Skechers USA Inc. and Chairman of Skechers China.
"This place shows that Skechers really means business in China and that it is taking on the largest and fastest growing consumer market" says Willie Tan, CEO Skechers China. To date, a total of 6 stores and 36 shops have been opened in key cities across China, namely Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Hangzhou, Ningbo, Kunming and other major cities. 100 more points of sale will also be opened before the end of the year.
